Please read the following before ordering:

Payments

I accept payment via bank transfer and also accept cash when the balance is due on collection.
I ask for a non-refundable* deposit of £20 on all orders over £40 and a deposit of £50 on orders over £100. For orders less than £40 I ask for full payment in advance. Deposits must be paid two weeks in advance, in order to confirm your order. Without the deposit the order cannot go ahead.
*In exceptional circumstances where cancelling your cake is out of your control, your deposit can be carried over and offset against a future cake.

Collection/delivery

All orders are collected from me in Shenfield, Brentwood. The collection address will be sent to you after the deposit has been paid. If collection is not at all possible for you, please contact Shannon to discuss if delivery can be provided.

Transportation

Your cake is best transported in the foot well or boot of a car and needs to be kept flat at all times. It is advisable to
drive slowly and with extra care. Make sure your car is cold, especially in summer. I can accept no liability for any
damage to the cake once it has left my premises.

Storage

Your cake is best stored in the fridge once you reach home. It can be taken out 1-2 hours before cutting to
allow it to come to room temperature. On very hot days it is advisable to only take the cake out of the fridge when
it's needed. Cakes keep well for 3-5 days but are always best eaten fresh. Once your cake is cut keep any remaining slices
airtight. Some cakes have been previously frozen so if you would like to freeze any of your cake please talk to
Shannon before doing this.
Cupcakes, brownies and blondies are best stored in the fridge but can also be kept at room temperature if needed. They can be taken out of the fridge a couple of hours before serving to come back to room temperature.
